THE BRUIN LABORATORY

Welcome to the Bruin Lab

Our lab is located at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. We study diabetes and are interested in the influence of environmental factors on pancreas development and beta cell health.

The Bruin Lab was established in September 2016. We have diverse funded research projects and an outstanding team of highly motivated trainees, ranging from undergraduate and graduate students to postdoctoral fellows. We are proud members of the Canadian Islet Research and Training Network (CIRTN).

If you are interested in joining our group, please contact Dr. Bruin with a cover letter and CV.
